what was the name of this j-k drama?

im not sure if its j or k drama but all i remember is this :
there's this cute high school girl strong but from an poor family....
she goes to a high school that's nicknamed "no new comers" or
something like that she only went it because of the low prices and
shes been targeted by the no new comers gang from school then she
meets her best friend or rival as the same class as her and there's
this cool-good at any thing guy in her class...
